I have started the weight hypnosis CD, since receiving it I noticed I am not thinking about food during the day and have more energy. I cannot even tell you what is on it because I listen, start to relax and then it is morning.
In the wake of the disaster in Haiti it is now the time to reconnect with our faith and spirituality, we all need that CD.
