We are currently shipping to the United States and Canada only. Canadian orders will be shipped via your choice of USPS and UPS Ground and may be subject to import tax that Cat Cosmetics will not be liable for. Ground service to Hawaii is unavailable. Please Note: UPS can not deliver to PO Boxes or APO's so please choose USPS! Shipping charges are assessed as follows: CatCosmetics.com offers FREE First Class Mail on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes) —no promotion code needed. Please note that First Class Mail does not include a tracking number. If you prefer to have a tracking number we offer various UPS options: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. We do not offer Saturday delivery for UPS shipments. UPS shipping price is determined directly through UPS. We don't charge a handling fee of any sort or make a profit on shipping.

To show our gratitude for all of our valued customers we have a loyalty point system. For each order placed you will receive points equal to 5% of your order value. These points will be retained in your "Kitty” till you choose to use them. You can use the entire value of the points or any increment you'd like.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products you purchase on this Site you can return them to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. We will give you the choice between a credit card refund, exchange or store credit. If "exchange” is chosen we will ship the newly chosen item to you upon receipt of the item that is being exchanged at no additional shipping charge to you. If the item(s) that are being exchanged cost more or less than the item returned then we will charge/credit the balance to the credit card that was used for the original order. Loyalty points will be adjusted based on value of returned items. If a purchase is made using loyalty points earned from an item that is being returned prior to the return arriving in our warehouse we will adjust the value of the credit accordingly. If item arrives damaged please notify us via email (orders@catcosmetics.com) or phone (888-505-4228 X1) within 3 days of receipt. If item received is not the item ordered Cat Cosmetics will cover the return shipping cost up to $4.95 via USPS Priority Flat Rate and ship correct item upon receipt at our expense..

GREEN EFFORTS - It's Easy being Green!

The color of the 21st Century is undeniably green and we're not talking eye shadow! We are all obligated to do as much as we can to improve or at least maintain the world we are leaving to our future generations and Cat Cosmetics is no exception. We wanted to share with you what we're doing to lower our carbon footprint and encourage you to find areas of your life that you can make adjustments to lower yours. In 2009 we change all of our purchased packing material to be corn and rice starch peanuts. They are FDA approved (not that we recommend eating them, they're a little bland), non toxic and dissolve in water in mere moments. On occasion we receive non biodegradable packing materials such as Styrofoam peanuts or bubble wrap from factories with our production and so rather than tossing them into the landfills we choose to reuse them in our boxes. We hope that you'll be able to use them for future packages you send out. 100% of all waste that is recyclable gets recycled. Our local utility company offered a green alternative which produces the energy through wind turbines or solar so we opted into that program. This is an easy way you can make a change in your green efforts. Contact your local utility provider to see if they have a similar program. At the end of the day when we shut down we not only power down all computers but we also turn off their power strip to eliminate all residual electric current that might be drawn from the computer. Did you know that when you turn off your computer, appliances, TV, etc they still draw up to 40%, and sometimes more, of the energy it uses when you have it on? Since it is imperative that the cosmetics be kept in a temperature controlled area to maintain them we made a move in May 2009 to a subterranean warehouse which naturally maintains a steady 68 degrees all year round which is ideal and there is no need for additional energy to keep the product cool. We are generally a paperless office and have reconfigured our packing slips to only use 1/2 a sheet of paper lowering our paper use by 50%.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE / REFUNDS

Order confirmation receipt does not constitute a confirmation that the product is in stock. We make every effort to keep the inventory up to date on the website but in the case of an item being out of stock we will hold the order if said item is expected back in stock within 2 business days. If expedited shipping was selected for the order then the balance of the items will be shipped and the out of stock item will be shipped upon receipt vie USPS first class at Cat Cosmetics expense. You may choose to add items to a back ordered shipment at no further shipping expense to you. CatCosmsetics.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any Customer. Charges to Customer's credit card occur upon placing the order. Any shipping and handling charges which are imposed may reflect estimated or average amounts required to cover the cost of shipping and handling and need not reflect the exact cost of the specific order.
